I have installed Hp Smart app on a new computer, it comes up a blank white screen, I have installed, uninstalled, reset, reinstalled and still only get a white screen

  • Which HP printer model are you using with the HP Smart app?
  • What’s the operating system and version on your new computer (for example, Windows 11 Home, Windows 10 Pro, etc.)?
  • Did the app ever open correctly on this machine, or has it been blank from the very first launch?
  • Are you signed in with an HP account inside the app, or does the blank screen appear before you can log in?
  • Do you notice any error messages, flickers, or loading indicators before the white screen shows up?

Getting these details will help me figure out whether this is a compatibility issue, a sign-in problem, or something tied to the printer connection.
