HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer

When I look in my fax history in the hp smart app on Android it shows my documents blurry but they were crystal clear on my screen when I scanned them. Is history supposed to be blurry for security reasons or were they received this way.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing blurred fax history issues with HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-In-One Printer.

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
