Hi,

Open the HP Smart app.

With your printer selected you should see your model name and picture in the center of the screen.

Click the blue "Printer Settings" tile.

Under Advanced click Printer Preferences.

Click Scan to Folder.

If you do not ,ocate a such please let e know what exact option is missing and where you can access, I have just accessed these setting for an installed Officejet Pro 8710.
