When I try to open the HP solution center on my computer in order to scan with my HP OfficeJet 7310 all in one I get a logo with an F and an I. Is there an update to the software that will allow me to scan?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

HP Solution Center doesn't open , Adobe has permanently disabled the Flash Player as of 12-Jan-2021, and as the HP Solution center software is based on Flash, it may not work as expected.

 

Try this Solution:

Install HP Scan Extended find here: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/
Download this file: HPScanExt.msi
Close all programs

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the msi.
