HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer series is showing an error message when I try to fax using my mobile app. How can I fix this? I’ve tired unplugging and resetting printer but no luck. Please help and advise

Two different printers listed -- more likely the 6452e ?

HP Mobile Fax - Trial Start and End Dates

 

Better news - Mobile Fax stops working due to Account Trial End Date - There is a fix on the horizon -

 

Our HP Community Agents have been updated and can assist when the Mobile Fax Trial software stops working due to the Trial End date.

 

What to do

 

Open your Mobile Fax account and check the Trial start and end dates.

 

If the Trial end date is today (or earlier),

Please submit a new Post in the Community and ask for help.

In your message, indicate that your Mobile Fax account is displaying an outdated end date.

Ask for help.
