Hello. My scanner was working just fine until today when suddenly i started receiving error messages about smtp and incorrect usernames when I tried to use the scan to email function. Now it is just showing me the "Username and password is incorrect. Ensure both user and account are valid." I don't know what to do, I need my scanner for work as I am an artist. I am not very technologically advanced so please try to explain things simply. What can I do to fix this? I don't even know what username and password it is talking about. 

I tried to go through the IP page on my computer but it didn't change anything.

Hi,

This is talking about your email account username and password and likely related with its security configuration.

 

Please clarify what email service do you use for the printer (e.g. **bleep**, etc.)
