Perhaps imagine standing in a crowded room and saying those words to people passing by.

 

There is simply not enough information for use to guess what you are using (printer model), what kind of device you are using (computer, tablet, phone), what you are doing (app / software), or whether there are good solutions available.

It's not a printer issue, my husband is able to scan under his profile but I am not able to scan under my profile. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
