Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Windows 11 Pro operating system and an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 will allow me to print, but not scan. It use to scan, then just stopped all of a sudden. I've tried restarting my computer... still won't work. Now what?

To assist better -

 

  • Are you using the HP Smart app or HP Scan to scan?
  • Are you able to make copies using the printer?
  • What is the exact error you receive when trying to scan?
