I can't log in to my account

I tried to log into my account I should be able to make mobile faxI can't log in a page comes up that I should contact HP support if that comes up again and I have to have this printer in the next hour set up for me because I have work to do

Mobile Fax has its own requirements.

Mobile Fax is NOT the same thing as setting up Fax on your printer.

In general, you need to log into HP Smart using your HP Account credentials.
