@Hattie19, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with the app configuration connected to your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

Check HP Smart App Settings

Verify App Version: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app. You can update the app via your device’s app store.

Multiple Page Scanning: Confirm that the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) is correctly set up and recognized by the app. The ADF supports up to 35 sheets for scanning.

Reinstallation: Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the HP Smart app. This may reset any misconfigurations.

Printer Settings and Setup

Check Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the network and has a stable internet connection. This is necessary for accessing and utilizing advanced features through the HP Smart app.

Web Services: Confirm that Web Services are enabled on your printer. This step is crucial for using apps and features that rely on cloud connectivity.

Physical Inspection: Examine the ADF to ensure there are no obstructions or mechanical issues that may hinder the scanning of multiple pages.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
