Operating System: Chrome OS

I have an HP chromebook and laser printer. They used to work well together (same brand). Over the last few months I have lost the ability to print double sided (which is ridiculous) and recently I cannot scan multiple pages into one document any longer so I end up with several one-page documents in my folder. Can anybody help???

Sorry about that. The printer model is HP Colour Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw.
It worked perfectly until a few months ago.
