I cannot access scan to email contacts on Office Jet 9130e Series.

I have an Office Jet 9130e Series.

In the Scan to email section on my printer I have my Business email connected, I can scan to my email. I need to add contacts, but when I choose the "to" section I do not have my contact list. I have an add option and can add an email, but it does not stay added after that email has been sent.

Welcome to the HP Community --

1)  Perhaps change the Scan to Email Default Options to use an address book as the default "From".

This would at least set up the "from" parameters to expect the Address book format.

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

1)  Section General > Email Servers

And, next

2)  Section Scan > Scan to Email

2)  Try creating and using an HP Smart / HP App Shortcut to designate the recipients.

Shortcuts are built with the sending / receiving information embedded in the shortcut.

There are limitations for subject, message, and recipients -- Each shortcut is self-contained.

Not sure how / if this would work with a "work" email setup -- might be worth a look, at least.
