I cannot scan anything to my laptop or email address. Every time I try to download the software from the internet I get a message that says there are connection problems. But my HP Envy has the correct wifi and so does my laptop.

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
