I cannot scan to email on my ENVY 7800 Printer (7830 Photo). I used to be able to scan fine but today I keep getting an error message saying "Internal Processing Error" and to retry or update the firmware manually. I have rebooted my router and I have also checked that my firmware is updated with latest version as it is set to automatic. I work with a mac. Any help gratefully received.

My updates are set to automatic so any update is automatically installed. I checked on my printer and it said there were no new updates. So it must be something else causing the problem.
