I had to power wash my HP Chromebook 360. Now the HP Smart app will not recognize my printer.

I was having problems with my chromebook.  The agent had me do a "power wash" and that solved my problem with the CB.  But now I cannot print using HP Smart print.  It tells me to sign in and then it gives me an error message "Invalid Grant SAZ110002 State parameter duplicate.

It seems like there is an issue with the HP Smart app and the web services are affected. However, you may scan using the Webscan option on your Chromebook. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document.
