I recently upgraded my operating system on my iMac to OS  Ventura 13.2, not even two weeks now. I can not print from the computer, nor scan.

I downloaded the Smart driver system for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 and every time I try to open the app up to print it has an error message that the driver / software did not load properly, and that I need to contact the developer as the driver in no longer compatible with this operating system.  I am not spending more money for a new printer when it is a software that needs to have the developer design a work around for this.

 

There is not a thing wrong with the print quality of my printer.  Actually what I am doing for the time being is I email the print job to my printer using the printer email address and use hpeprint.com   I use my phone and take a picture of the document I need to scan to the desktop, and air drop it to my computer then print or send it to whomever I have to.

 

It is just very frustrating when you have the money I have invested in devices, electronics, computers, camera equipment etc. and every time and operating system upgrade is released it is the same thing with, all my Adobe software a few years ago.
