Hello I keep getting a message that the " door is open " it is not

Realign the Sensor: Sometimes, the sensor and its corresponding magnet (if it uses one) can become misaligned, especially in doors that have been recently moved or adjusted. Ensure that they are correctly aligned according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Reset the System: For electronic systems, a reset can help clear any glitches or temporary errors. You can do this by either turning off the system completely for a few minutes or using a dedicated reset button if available.

Check for Wiring Issues: If there are wires involved, ensure they are securely connected and not damaged. Loose connections or frayed wires can send incorrect signals.
