Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

I am desperate!  I need to scan but the scan feature on my HP Smart app on my Mac desktop has been updated and I cannot find anywhere instructions on how to use it.  I need to contact an HP support person.  How can I do that?  Does anybody have the **bleep** number?  Thank you so much.  I really need to scan.
