Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I recently purchased a new HP All-in-One PC + HP Envy Inspire Printer + installed a completely new Wi-Fi system

It took weeks to be able to connect the PC to the Wi-Fi and finally to the Printer after many more weeks, only to now find out it will not Scan to the PC.  Whatever happened to the so called - Connect + Play systems!

Not being able to Scan is now my only worry, and I am too scared to disconnect the PC and printer after all the problems I had getting it to work in the first place.  Any suggestions on what could be the issue? More importantly how to fix without disconnecting the printing capabilities.

My other concern is that I originally had setup up the auto-ink with my Printer/ PC (from the HP store) and now the new PC/Printer will not let me finalise the HP registration nor does it acknowledge the new setup for auto-ink, yet I am still being charged for it!

Eventually I will run out of ink, which I would obviously prefer not to be the situation and have to purchase my own ink. The HP Registration system is not very user friendly, and obviously doesn't seem to like auto updating to the current PC / Printer setup.

HP will also not let me set up a new Registration!  Yes, I have tried adding to my HP Profile

I would love some help and advice on each of these issues from a HP staff member. Thank you.
