Hi. 
Actually I have the business which is manual. And i want to covert into digitals. My problem is that when i scan the document it is automatically send to the folder. For example if I scan the bill it is send to the bill folder and if I scan a report it’s automatically move to the report folder. And we just scan them. Is it possible

No, printer does not know which one is which. It will scan all documents as pdf files and store on a same default folder. You have to sort them out yourself.
