Installation of Full_Webpack-63.6.6354-SJ0001_Full_Webpack

I have an HP Notebook running on Windows 11 and an HP Envy 6420e Printer.

There is no way to get the Full Webpackage installed due to different Problems once #1 sometimed #2

1. Printer can not be found even if i type in IP-Adress or Host Name

2. PC SSID not available

It worked fine under Windows 10 with a DELL Notebook for years!

Printer is running and i can print and scan double sided with my DELL Notebook

- HP Smart is installed an i signed up as i did already before under WIdows10 and shows Printer Online

- all Updates downloaded & installed

- HP Support Tool shows "Printer Offline" but klicking on Start-Button HP Smarts opens and shows Printer Online

- Network is set to "private" thus notebook can be seen within the network

 installed and re-installed for several times as well as restarts

It is realy annoying that HP Printer Installation always creates problems

After days of "investigations" i found a way to get things working

1. uninstall all HP-Components including HP Smart
2. restart computer
3. download and install printer specific  "HPEasyStart_17_2_17"
4. during the installation you are being asked to install "Basic" oder "Full ...."
5. "Basic" is recommanded but does not really work afterwards therefore use "Full......."
6. "Full Webpackage...:" will then be downloaded and installed
7. Afterwards install HP Smart and SignIn
8. Double sided Scan is up and runnning

Do not install the printer with HP Smart as recommended on HP website since installation of  "Full Webpackage...." will not work without the HP Easy Start Installation. At least not in my case.
