Issue with using mobile fax

I have never had a problem using the mobile fax from the HP Smart app until recently. Now when I try to send a fax I get "It seems an error has occurred prior to the sending process. Please try to send your fax again". This has occurred when trying to send faxes to different num

HP Mobile Fax - Trial Start and End Dates

Better news - Mobile Fax stops working due to Account Trial End Date - There is a fix on the horizon -

Our HP Community Agents have been updated and can assist when the Mobile Fax Trial software stops working due to the Trial End date.

What to do

Open your Mobile Fax account and check the Trial start and end dates.

If the Trial end date is today (or earlier),

Please submit a new Post in the Community and ask for help.

In your message, indicate that your Mobile Fax account is displaying an outdated end date.

Ask for help.
