We were using the scan to email function on our Laserjet 500. All of the sudden it quit working and comes up with the Username or password is incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid. I've tried everything to resolve this and nothing works. I put the IP address of the printer in the browser and went to the Scan/Default SMTP Configuration and there is no required access. There are no restrictions in place on our side. How do I get this to go away so that we are functional again? Thanks.
