The LaserJet HP M234sdw does not support advanced features such as rearranging scanned pages directly on the printer. This functionality is generally found in higher-end or enterprise models of HP printers.

For advanced manipulation of scanned documents such as rearranging pages, you may consider using the software provided by HP, such as HP Scan and Capture.

If you need additional features like page rearrangement, consider higher-end models such as HP LaserJet Enterprise MFPs, which include options to preview, rearrange, rotate, insert, or delete pages during the scanning process:

Instructions for Advanced Scanning (on higher-end models):

Enable the USB Port for Printing:

• From the Home screen on the printer control panel, navigate to the Settings application, and then select the Settings icon.
• Open the following menus:
  • Copy/Print or Print.
  • Enable Print From USB Drive.
• Select the Enabled option.

Print USB Documents:

• Insert the USB flash drive into the easy-access USB port.
• From the Home screen on the printer control panel, select Print, and then select Print from USB Drive.
• Select Choose, select the name of the document to print, and then select Select.
