Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have  LaserJet Pro MFP M127fx.  When trying to scan using the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), it began to show the error "Document feeder jam \ Clear and Reload".  Although it scans a page placed on the glass just fine.  Repeatedly, I couldn't find any jams (and when pushing "OK" button but the error messages stays , so I then have to turn of printer to clear the message).

Tried again, many times.  After a while of investigating, I thought there might have been a part not working correctly in the ADF.  So.... I purchased and installed a brand new "HP Scanner And Document Feeder Assy For LaserJet Pro M127/M128 (CZ181-60101)".

But, that didn't fix the problem.

Next I uninstalled the driver and installed an updated driver from HP  - https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m127-series/5396666/model/53034...

The exact same problem happens when I try to fax.

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Thank you!!

@rmcilw, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are having issues with the automatic document feeder in the printer and you have already replaced it.

This is not an issue with the printer driver as it happens while making a copy or sending a fax.

As the assembly is already replaced and it did not help, I'm afraid it could be the printer that has gone bad.
