I have a customer that wishes to have faxes printout and email them at the same time.  I setup Digital Fax to E-mail for a customer.  This worked for a couple of weeks, but stopped after 50 times.  I performed a Fax test from the HP Printer Assistant - Manage Fax Settings.  The customer received an email through that.

 

I have looked at the Embedded web server fax log and it shows the HP Digital Fax status as Saved for those 50 faxes and then started showing Not Saved.  All of the faxes are black and white.

 

Digital Fax to Email Status shows - On

I have an email address in both the From email address and To Email address

SMPT Server is set to our offices SMTP that we use for scan to email settings.

It is set to PDF (I also tried TIFF)

 

Any help would be appreciated.

hi,

From the Fax section select Information and there verify the Fax Log, if the Fax Log is full it will prevent incoming faxes till the log would be clear.

I will try that and see what happens, however, the log continues to show additional faxes that come through.  I'm able to go back to July when these stopped working and see that the ones that worked show Saved and the then they started showing Not Saved.
