I scanned a letter to Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield on 27January 2023 and it was sent through you under this reference HPSCAN_20230127223536132_2023....pdf(742 KB) and Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield claims they never received it. Is there any way you can check and see if it did get sent and that it went to their office, so that I can give them anything to prove it was sent.
