Lost scanned documents

Hello,

 

I camera scanned around 394 pages and wanted to send via what’s app.

 

the application completely froze and all my scanned documents got frozen 😞

 

please can you let me know how I can retrieve ?

I'd like to help!

 

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

If the application froze before saving the documents, then there is no way to retrieve them.
