Laserjet Pro MFP M127FW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to able to scan using my M127fw, but recently it stopped working. The printer can still print papers, but no longer able to scan.

I have a cable attached from desktop to printer and also the printer to connected to home Wi-fi

When I use HP Smart, click Scan. It says "scanning is not available. Please click home check that printer is connected and active. Once connected, you can return here and scan. "

Obviously my printer is connected or else I won't able to print paper out from my desktop or off the internet.

I tried to download the latest driver, uninstalled the old and installed the new driver, Added Printer again to my computer, again the printing is OK, but scan shows the same message.

Can an HP Expert help?
