M4555 erreur 13.C3.D2

j'ai une imprimante Laserjet M4555,elle imprime normalement,elle fait des copies avec l'ADF normalement,mais par contre quand je lance une copie avec la vitre ,elle fait un bourrage papier au niveau du kit de fusion et affiche erreur 13.C3.D2,j'ai testé avec un autre kit de fusion meme probleme et tester aussi avec un autre reversing assembly,meme probleme,merci de m'aider.

I have a Laserjet M4555 printer, it prints normally, it makes copies with the ADF normally, but against when I run a copy with the glass, it makes a paper jam at the fusion kit and displays error 13. C3.D2, I tested with another kit of fusion same probleme and to test also with another reversing assembly, same problem, thank you to help me.
