Greetings!

HP LaserJet MFP 135w

I can easely scan from PC, but when i start scan from MFP nothing happens.

 

It can see PC name, but after pressind scan... nothing.

WSD driver installed and updated. And it did works couple of times.

 

I did try to turn off windows defender, did try HP Print and Scan Doctor. Nothing helps.

 

How to deal with it? Where to go?

Hi,

Please try restarting both your PC and the printer and check for any difference.

 

If the same persists, open the HP Smart app, right-click the printer icon and select Forget Printer, then click the plus sign and follow the steps to re-add the printer to the HP Smart app, then check for any difference.
