Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301dw Printer

Team, I bought 4301 for its "Scan to Network Folder" function. I have followed instruction here (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_7790062-7790115-1)  but it does not work - the scan job stuck at "upcoming" status (note that I have confirmed the access is working during the "Quick Sets" setup). I have checked and confirmed the printer firmware is latest (

6.17.2.2-202312091658 and I have reset the device to factory status and re-do the instruction multiple times. I checked the event logs and saw some errors :

If you have performed a reset and are still getting F0 errors you need to contact support or if brand new, contact your vendor.
