Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

We found we are unable to scan documents from the autoloader when using the LCD panel to send directly to our computer after the latest fireware update. It would say the scan was successful and sent to the computer, but nothing would appears on the computer if we use the autoloader scan function operated via the LCD panel.

The scan function would work and send to the computer succesfully if we use the flat bed option, so we know there is connection between computer and scanner, but it's hassel having swaping the page manually to scan multiple documents.

The auto-loader scanning would also work if we select send scanning to USB stick, so we know the auto loader scanning does work. So it seem it's a software issue where the autoloader does send the scan documents to the computer when operated via the LCD panel.

The printer is on the latest fireware:  002_2339A

Please advise whether this is a known issue or due to the fireware update?

Thank you
