Hi Guys

 

Since October -November 2022 If I'm not mistaken, I have not able to print to fax to the MFP M479fnw.  I have the drivers install on windows server 2016, I've uninstalled it to troubleshoot because I was not able to send faxes anymore, after trying and trying, I've checked event logs, and saw this. 

 

Also, in drivers under print manager, I can also see that the driver has the same error "not supported."

 

Downloaded the drivers from the original website:

 

https://support.hp.com/ie-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-color-laserjet-pro-mfp-m478-m479-series/19202514...

 

and the installer wizard will open, then disappear, it won't' start with the installation.

 

The same driver, if I installed on a different machine, in my case, on other client's pc with windows 10, it has no issues sending faxes. 

 

Could you provide an advice to this issue? Thanks!
