my hp envy photo 7855 wont copy a 2 sided document even though i chose the option to do so

Hi,

An HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer provide automatic duplex printing only, it does not offer any ADF copying or scanning capabilities, but a standard ADF.

 

You may select 2-Sided output from the menu and perform the copy from the Flatbed Glass, not from the top Automatic Document Feeder), then you will be offered with the option to load the next page, reload the 2nd side of the original on the Flatbed Glass to continue the copy, and the results would be a 2-sided copy .
