Not the issue or question asked.  I wish to "scan" from the printer to my Mac with the Ventura update.  ALL HP troubleshooting points to Ventura.  The HP utility is no longer available which had the switch to enable scan to computer.  What is the process now that it's gone?

I have same issue.  NOW I CAN NOT SCAN FROM MY COMPUTER.  HELP!!!

There is a reasonably good workaround to scan from an 8600 to an iMac using Ventura. Use HP software (I believe it is called HP Smart) and you can scan and store documents on the Mac.
