My HP Smart Suite app indicates Mobile fax receive feature is being phased out.  After 2/2/2023, you will no longer have an assigned fax number.  Is there an alternative for using this feature?

Hi,

Could you please add a screenshot of the exact message in context?

 

And are you sure that the message arrives from the HP Smart app and not from other 3rd party fax service such as eFax or any other as an example?

 

As a reference adding the Mobile Fax documentation, as much as I personally aware no receive capabilities are offered by the service:
