HP DeskJet 4123e All-in-One Printer

A page in a multi page scan contains text box  or a picture, in the preview it shows the whole page but when processing it only processes the picture of the text box.

If I scan it as a single page renders correctly.

This happens if I use the hp smart app on my iPad or my Mac running the latest software Versions.

  • Check Scan Settings: Ensure that the scan settings are configured correctly within the HP Smart app. There might be an option related to processing multi-page scans that needs adjustment.
  • Scan Settings on Printer: If possible, check the scan settings directly on your HP DeskJet 4123e All-In-One Printer. There might be settings related to multi-page scanning that could impact how the app processes the scan.
