If software and applications are installed and the operation has worked in the past:

Restart Everything, including the router that controls your network.

 

Check that the printer is supported by the appropriate application / software on the device used to send the scan content.

 

Refer to the How-to document - perhaps you missed a prerequisite or setting in the job configuration.
