My HP 720 does not scan more than one page. The "+" button that should be is not there after a scan

HP Smart print E366 06, 720. The scanner will only scan 1 page, and the option "+" does not appear after scanning page 1.

2. Use HP Scan Extended Software (Optional):

While HP Smart offers basic scanning, HP Scan Extended provides more advanced features like multi-page scanning.

• This software should offer the option to scan multiple pages and save them as a single document.

3. Check Scanning Settings:

• Open the HP Smart app and select your HP Smart Tank 720 printer.
• Look for a "Scan" or "Scan Settings" option.

4. Reinstall HP Smart App:
