My Hp office jet pro 6970 will not scan to my email or to my iPad. still prints on same network

My office jet pro 6970 will not scan to email or to my iPad. I am running both on the same network. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong or has the scan facility stopped working

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

 

1.) Who is the Email provider?

2.) Is your Email account configured in the mail account?

3.) Is your printer connected to the Web-Services?

4.) Are you able to log in via web mail? Make sure you don’t use an autofill password in a web browser.

5.) Is there a 2-factor authentication setup?

6.) Did you recently change the password?

7.)What is the error you receive when you try and scan to email?
