Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP officejet Pro 9010 is scanning the odd page via the document feeder upside down.  It just seems to be random.  Why is it doing this?  Has it gone a bit crazy.  The printer/scanner is probably 6 months old.

Are you able to copy well from the feeder?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
