Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Officejet Pro 9025e

My Officejet Pro 9025e scanner keeps replicating pages and stops taking in new pages.  Finally it cancels itself out.  I am running on iMac OS

Good News (sort of):

Your Printer is OK.

 

At this writing, we are not aware of an update / fix for this issue.

The "bug"/ issue / problem, is still around.

HP is aware of the problem - it was reported last week.

For now, you'll need to use alternative methods to scan.
