Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When I scan multiple documents, the scanner makes multiple scans of pages, after page one, sometimes it will make 30 - 40 scans of page 2 and 3.......... how do I correct that?

Update your MacOS version

HP Smart released a new version of the HP Smart MacOS application 11-May-2021

yeah, both show the most current updated software. Problem started after the last HP update.

OK.

I don't have an answer.

The "multiple scan" issue was something that showed up in the previous app version (about a week ago).

 

 

The MacOS HP Smart application update was just released today, in fact.

May 11, 2021                  Version 12.7.1
