Hi!

I have some issues regarding the scanning part of my HP printer & scanner. I tried to scan a document. The scanner's light went through the paper, but when it finished, the paper which I wanted to scan didn't appear on my computer's screen. I scanned through HP Smart but it gave me an error message. I tried with HP LaserJet MFP M28-M31-HP Scan as well, but that app after the printer and scanner scanned the paper, didn't show me anything, not the scanned paper, not even an error message. I tried fixing it or setting it, but nothing worked. Can somebody help me?
