Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n

This just started, I have no idea why.  My printer shows connected to the same wifi network that my computer is on.  But when I go to print, it says it cannot connect to the desktop.  I have tried entering the PIN but no joy.

Sidebar: I called technical support, answered a bunch of prompts, and the system hung up on me THREE SEPARATE TIMES.  Come on HP, you can do better than that.
