Product: laserjet pro 300 color mfp m375nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello every one, i have the hp laserjet 300 color mfp375nw which works perfectly fine on printing but the problem comes when photocopying, it photocopys blue instead of black. 

These are the things i have done sofer, i have cleaned both the glasses, tried replacing cartridge with a new one, restoring to the default, but all seems not to have helped.
