Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer prints out a blank page. I have reset several times. The alignment page has red arrows with "IMPORTANT" on the bottom that point to an empty space. I have tried to align it and then says it can not find the alignment page. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or that I'm not doing?

I tried all those things including resetting to factory, reinstalling printer, checking inst ink levels, cleaning printheads and I still get the alignment page with the important!  two arrows and the numbers 1 and 2 in circles. Anything else I can try

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
