My printer won't scan directly to my laptop how do I fix this issue, please?  I also keep getting error code OXOO829C98 HW WATCHDOGC any one know what this is please and how to fix this issue?

 

I have a HP Photo 6230 (as stated outside on the front of the printer but inside it says 6200!! very confusing)
