Product: HP OfficeJet 5260 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I bought this printer in 2021 and my scanned documents quality its low. I've updated the firmware and I've cleaned the screen. The resolution dpi is 75. When I scan a document and view it on my MAC, the text is barely readable, when I print that document, its the same. I've purchased new ink cartridges, same result.

 

Could someone please help?
